Sharlene Simon is a 42 years old lady whose SUV hit the three teenage boy one died and the other two seriously injured. Simon is the mother of three and she is formerly from Innisfil. She is suing the dead boy parents for One million dollars and and other two survival parents. She is even suing the County of Simcoe for failing to maintain the road. Everyone was shock as the person who killed is suing the killed's family. Its tragic end for the boy but the story unfolds in different ways now.
